Project scope
Any paid audit, pilot or implementation begins only after scope, responsibilities, deliverables, pricing, review criteria and relevant data or system access are agreed in writing. A free discovery call is not the same as a paid AI Business Audit.

Examples on the site show possible workflows and deliverables. Actual outcomes depend on the agreed scope, data quality, system access, adoption and operating conditions. Any project-specific commercial terms are defined only in the signed agreement.
Intellectual property and third-party services
Website content and HAY AI branding may not be copied or represented as your own without permission. Project deliverable ownership, licences and any third-party tools or model terms are defined in the applicable agreement.
